This is how you shop

  • Order via the online store.
  • If you have questions regarding our packages or products, you can also order at any time via customer service on +46 31-773 04 30.
  • Write down your wishes and needs via e-mail info@monzon.se and customer service will get back to you.

1. Select the product category on the left of the online store.

2. Then add your desired products to the shopping cart by clicking the Buy button.

If you want to order online, you can easily go to the shopping cart when you have finished shopping. You can always change the number directly in the shopping cart. You will find the shopping cart at the top right.

4. Then go to the checkout where you indicate if you are an individual or a company. Then enter your information manually or automatically by filling in your personal or organization number. Then pay via clear, card (VISA or Mastercard), direct payment (Nordea, SEB, Handelsbanken & Swedbank) or invoice. You can also choose to pay in installments for your purchase.

5. After completing the purchase, an order confirmation will be emailed to you.

  • The order confirmation contains an order number that you must use when contacting customer service.
  • If you do not have an order number, you can also enter the customer name or article number.

Please note that if you do not want to provide your personal or organization number, you can avoid it by paying by card or direct payment.

Financing

We can also offer leasing via our partner Wasa Kredit (Only in Sweden).

Mode of delivery

All products are often delivered with DHL to the desired delivery address.

  • Delivery time is normally 2-5 days.
  • ATTENTION! In cases where we partially deliver an order, the shipping cost may increase.
