Terms of purchase

Generally

All names, designations, etc. which appear on Mon.Zon Sverige AB's (MonZons) website (monzon.se) are, where applicable, registered trademarks. The information provided in this way does not constitute a commitment on usability, suitability, guarantee, etc. other than where it is directly stated. Fact and price information is always provided with a reservation for printing errors, suppliers' price increases, incorrectly specified technical specifications and for final sales, etc. Published facts and prices, documents, graphics, etc. may contain technical and / or graphic / typographical errors. Mon.Zon Sverige AB (MonZon) disclaims all responsibility for such information as well as other referenced information and / or documents within or linked to this publication.

MonZon's current terms of purchase and product information are always displayed on the website and replace all previously published terms from MonZon. In the event of a difference between the terms of purchase, prices or product information stated on the website and other publications such as printed matter, the website takes precedence. MonZon reserves the right to change information at any time including - but not limited to - prices, technical specifications, product offerings, factual information, etc. without prior notice.

The prices on the website are updated in real time. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK, EUR, DKR & NOK) excluding VAT unless the user actively chooses otherwise. Between MonZon and the buyer, the price on the website applies unless otherwise specifically agreed. The usual credit check is carried out when buyers want to trade against an invoice (credit). International export transactions are carried out only against advance payment, bank guarantee or letter of credit.

Force majeure means that MonZon can never be held responsible for obstacles that are beyond our control - such as production and transport disruptions, lightning strikes, prolonged power outages, strikes or other unforeseen events.

Delivery terms

Buyers who want to pick up their order at one of MonZon's warehouses in Sätila or Norsborg can usually do so on the same day as the order is received. If necessary, MonZon ensures that the goods are loaded on the buyer's transport, but the buyer is always personally responsible for the goods being properly fastened when the goods are on the transport. During the high season, the delivery time can be longer. If an item is temporarily out of stock or if an item is not in stock, the delivery time is longer. Where applicable, the buyer is notified.

If the buyer orders shipping, MonZon in most cases hires the shipping company DHL. Normal delivery time depending on geography is then 1-3 working days. MonZon never takes financial or other responsibility at all for any delays depending on the freight company hired. The current shipping price is presented automatically and reported at checkout on the website. The shipping price depends on what the shipment weighs, if it is bulky, if it must be delivered on a pallet or in a hedge, transport distance, how many packages the shipment covers, etc.

At the moment, it is possible to "cheat" the shipping system on the website under certain special circumstances. If, contrary to expectation, it should affect you, we will contact you and simply ask if you still want your order with the correct shipping price.

Orders received working days before 08:45 can normally be sent from one of MonZon's warehouses the same day. Upon delivery, the buyer is always responsible for being able to quickly unload the goods from the vehicle when required to avoid extra transport costs. It is suggested to do this with a forklift or similar.

In the case of national transports, the risk of the goods is transferred to the buyer only after delivery. In the event of return shipping, the buyer bears the risk all the way to MonZon's warehouse. In international export transactions, the risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping company unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery that has not been redeemed or that has been delivered to the buyer but has not been accepted but returned to MonZon will be charged the current shipping fee plus VAT to cover MonZon's transport and administration costs.

Complaint

At the time of delivery, the buyer must always check the entire order to verify that the goods are faultless. In order to claim a defective item (regarding transport damage, see below), the buyer must complain about the item to MonZon immediately, but no later than 7 days from receipt of delivery.

In the event of a complaint, the buyer must contact the MonZon customer center via contact on the website and state the order or invoice number and reason for the complaint. After the buyer has received confirmation that MonZon has received the complaint, the buyer has another 10 days to ensure that the product will reach MonZon. If the complaint arrives after 10 days, MonZon will not remedy the error and the buyer must then bear the already incurred and future transport costs.

MonZon reserves the right to product inspection of the product as well as debiting a handling fee of SEK 500 plus VAT to the buyer if the product does not prove to be incorrect and the complaint is thus not accepted. The buyer must then bear the already incurred and future transport costs.

Transport damage must be reported by the buyer upon receipt immediately on the carrier's consignment note in order for MonZon to be able to help the buyer to receive any form of compensation from the relevant shipping company. The transport damage must also be reported to the MonZon customer center on the same day as the delivery receipt via contact on the website.

If there are faults for which MonZon is responsible, MonZon undertakes to remedy the fault at its own choice by repairing, re-delivering, crediting or repaying the purchase price. MonZon's liability for defects in the product is limited to what is stated in these terms of purchase. MonZon thus bears no direct or indirect responsibility for, for example - but not limited to - incorrect orders, delivery delays, harmful properties, loss of profit, interruption of operations, loss of stored information, additional work and / or other financial damage.

Right of withdrawal

MonZon complies with the law on distance contracts in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Agency's guidelines. According to the Distance Contracts Act, private individuals who shop via the Internet or telephone have the right to return ordered goods in the same condition as they were upon receipt after receipt without stating any reason. Notice of this must, however, be provided to the MonZon customer center via contact on the website as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the product. Unfortunately, specially ordered goods such as handkerchiefs can never be repurchased. Specially ordered goods are goods that we cannot have in stock.

MonZon offers a 10-day customer satisfaction guarantee, which means that companies (or buyers who have shopped outside the Distance Contracts Act) have the right to return ordered goods in the same condition as they were upon receipt within 10 days of receipt. Please note that the 10-day customer satisfaction guarantee never applies to leasing. The buyer is always responsible for all transport costs that arise when using the customer satisfaction guarantee.

Guarantee

MonZon provides a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects on its products made of aluminum and steel. Exceptions are the following products: PVC products, keder cloths, steel planking, plywood products, moving parts, wood plywood strips, electric motors and wireless remote controls, all of which have a 1-year warranty. MonZon makes no additional warranties beyond what is specified. The warranty never applies to wear and tear or handling errors. In cases where MonZon has renovated, for example, a used platform and replaced a plywood board with a new fiberglass board, a 1-year warranty applies to the entire product. In cases where the buyer installs a new fiberglass board on his own, the buyer must make sure to follow MonZon's directive for the warranty to even apply for 1 year.
